Fundraising Banquet
According to current estimates, there are 143 million orphaned children in the world. These children face bleak futures in their birth countries, and while many hope to be adopted, most will never see their dream come true. There simply are not enough homes for them all. In the U.S. alone, there are approximately 301 million people, which means that nearly every other U.S. citizen—including children—would need to adopt one child in order to find a home for every orphan worldwide. At Adoption Associates, Inc., we not only strive to promote adoption awareness, we also care for the children left behind by partnering with generous supporters who also have a heart for our cause.
So in celebration of National Adoption Awareness Month, Adoption Associates, Inc., along with Ridgewood Christian Reformed Church’s Adoption Resource Committee, are proud to host our first fundraising banquet entitled “Change a Life—Change the World!”
The purpose of this event is to raise financial support for orphans worldwide. This special evening will feature a presentation by the Children of the World International Children’s Choir, include dinner and dessert, and conclude with a short discussion on how those in attendance can help to change the world through a financial gift to orphaned children in need.

Table Hosts
Table hosts have two major responsibilities. First, table hosts are expected to underwrite the cost of their table with a gift of $300.
