Birth Parent Video Project
Did you know that less than two percent of women who experience an unplanned pregnancy will choose adoption? It’s a startling statistic, but if you think about it, how many birth parents do you know?
Part of the reason why so few women choose adoption is because, just like you, they don’t know other birth parents who have gone on to live normal, successful lives.
In order to give these women stories from other women who have been in their situation, AAI is currently producing a new birth parent video. This video will follow one woman through her decision to plan adoption and highlight many other women of various ages and cultural backgrounds who have also chosen adoption. Upon completion, AAI will use this video and market it nationwide.
