A Rich Man
I’ve often wondered what makes a man truly rich—if it’s the car that he drives, the amount of money he makes, or something more.
While expensive vehicles and large bank accounts do make a man wealthy, I don’t believe that they make a man rich. I would rather believe, as an unknown author once said, that “A truly rich man is one whose children run into his arms when his hands are empty.” A rich man is, essentially, a loving and devoted father.

After looking at several domestic and international adoption programs, Mike and Judy decided to expand their family through AAI’s China program. When the Special Waiting Children List came out in August of 2006, the picture of a special four year old girl with a congenital heart defect captured their hearts. They brought her home just in time to celebrate their first Mother’s Day and Father’s Day with their new daughter.
