Prospective adoptive parents are often reeling from the crushing news that they’re infertile. Affording Adoption

Dedicated to helping prospective adoptive parents overcome the financial barriers associated with adoption, Shaohannah’s Hope awards financial grants to qualified families already in the process of adopting.

Domestic Adoption

Due to a hockey accident that caused him to become a quadriplegic, Tom and Jodi were not able to have biological children. They turned to domestic adoption to build their family and expected a long wait because of Tom’s disability. At the same time, one woman many miles away was considering planning adoption, and Tom and Jodi were exactly who she was looking for to parent her baby.

International Adoption

After adopting, many families have a desire to support orphans who are left behind. AAI’s Room for One More program allows them to do just that through child sponsorship.
