Celebrating Families
What will you be thankful for this Thanksgiving? Do health, friends, prosperity, or happiness come to mind? What about family?
All families are different. Some are big, some are small, some are composed of people who look and act very much alike, and some are composed of people who don’t.
This Thanksgiving, I hope that family is at the top of the list of things that you are thankful for. Although all families have quirks that make them uniquely ours, the majority of families have one thing in common: they love us in a way that no one else can.
November is National Adoption Awareness Month. Thus, this Thanksgiving, we celebrate with the families formed by adoption who consider themselves twice blessed because the children who were hoping for forever families have found them, and those who wanted to be parents have found their deepest wishes fulfilled.
