Adoption Associates, Inc. is thrilled to announce that we have received our reaccreditation from Russia! There has never been a better time to join AAI’s Russia adoption program and unite with the child you have been waiting for!
AAI places children age nine months and older from Russia. Sibling groups, older children, and children with special needs are also available. The average process time from submitting your dossier to bringing your child home is 12 months.
