Our Russia adoption program continues to be very active since receiving our permanent license in July of 2007 with ten families traveling in the month of November.
Adoption Associates, Inc. has placed 84 children from Russia this year with an average waiting time from submission of dossier to referral of one to eight weeks for boys and four to eight months for girls.
