Great News for the China Adoption Program
November 6, 2007
Great news! We have just been informed by the China Center of Adoption Affairs that families currently in process for an adoptive placement through China may now do a simultaneous adoption through another international program. This is good news for those families that are experiencing delays with China. Families can now start a second adoption through any of our other AAI international programs! AAI has programs in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Ethiopia, and Haiti. This information comes at a time when AAI is offering a 20% reduction off all AAI international programs fees in honor of National Adoption Awareness Month, making a second adoption even more affordable. For more information on this fee reduction, please visit our news item.
If you are interested in learning more about concurrent adoptions, please call a China Team consultant at 616.667.0921.
NOTE: As of December 1, 2007, the November fee reduction offer is no longer available to families who have not already submitted preliminary applications. Families who submitted preliminary applications during November of 2007 must attend an IAA meeting and submit a completed formal application to an AAI office no later than December 21, 2007 to receive the offer.
