Thank goodness for AAI! Our dreams of becoming parents finally came true in August of 2006! Our little Zoie lives up to her name (Zoie—meaning life). She is a loving, outgoing child full of life.
Prior to finding AAI, we had the unfortunate experience of a failed adoption. The wounds began to fade when we actually saw a picture of our daughter for the first time in November of 2005. AAI was there every step of the way guiding and supporting us through the peaks and valleys from the beginning to the final trip home. Although we live in Alabama, AAI made it feel like we were right next door. We cannot say enough great things about our blessed experience with AAI and its staff. AAI is definitely working to place children with their forever families!
