Adoption Associates Inc. is truly an exceptional agency. The entire staff is courteous, professional, and prepared to assist with any questions or concerns that may come up during the process. They do an outstanding job of keeping families notified of any changes or updates that may occur during the entire process and are very supportive during times of angst while preparing your dossier and waiting for your referral to come through. Our experience of in-country facilitators was also very positive for us. Our trips were well-planned out—paperwork was processed effortlessly, our needs and concerns were addressed swiftly and professionally, and time spent in China was enjoyable and memorable. Although the people of China were very curious about us, they were always very courteous, gave us the thumbs up and pointed to our daughters and said “lucky baby.” Terry and I truly feel we are the lucky ones to be getting these beautiful children.
